INFORMATION
1. Insurance
The Customer has to provide the following insurances: · Health and accident insurance · If the Customer refuses to take it out, ensure that they understand that they will have to pay on the spot for any emergencies.

2. Responsibilities
In the event of termination of the tour regardless of the reason the amount paid for services is non-refundable. All expenses that might incur are covered by the Customer · Compensation for the damage caused by Customer is to be fully paid by himself/herself at the place · If because of major forces the flight or itinerary will be changed upon Customer's arrival Hovsgol Travel will provide equivalent replacement

3. Payment

  • Confirmation of reservation is subject to 50% payment of deposit and the balance 2 weeks before the arrival of Customer.
  • All the payments must be made to Hovsgol Travel Company
  • Bank details:
Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia
Account # Account # 499 023 994 TDBMMNUB
  • All payment order/telegraphic transfer service charge will be made by the Customer
  • Kindly forward us a copy of the bank in slip upon payment
  • After arrival the balance 50% can paid in cash or either by credit card and travel checks
4. Cancellation and penalties
For cancellation received 15 days prior to arrival cancellation 10% of tour cost charged · For cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival cancellation 60% of tour cost charged · For cancellation received before 1 day or cancelled on arrival date or in case of no show-up 90% of tour cost charged.

5. Other conditions
Traveler and Hovsgol Travel Company will not pay compensation if forced to cancel or change your because of war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, epidemics or health risks, technical or maintained problems with transport (airplane, train), closed or congested airports, changes imposed by then rescheduling or cancellation of flights by airlines, the alteration of airlines or aircrafts types, or other similar events beyond the control of Hovsgol Travel Company and Customer.
